With over 500 active customers and fresh funding, this company is building an AI-powered platform designed to transform how B2B sales teams collaborate and close deals. The engineering team is small and agile ( This is an opportunity to join at the perfect inflection point—after product-market fit has been validated but before the scale-up phase begins. Engineers will see their work directly impact customer outcomes and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Build & Ship:

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features end-to-end, using direct customer feedback to guide priorities.

Shape the Roadmap:

Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and prioritize work that drives measurable customer value.

Prototype & Iterate:

Balance speed and scalability by experimenting, testing, and validating approaches quickly.

Own Your Work:

Take responsibility for features from conception to delivery while collaborating with peers in a high-functioning, supportive team.

Ideal Candidate Background

4–7 years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer.

Strong experience with

TypeScript and React .

Comfortable working in a

Python-based stack .

Proven track record of owning, building, and delivering product features at a startup (ideally Seed to Series B stage).

Independent, autonomous, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

Customer-focused mindset, driven by delivering value and impact.

Preferred

Prior experience at a high-growth startup with

Founding experience or significant ownership of product features.

Background in ML/LLM or demonstrated interest in applied machine learning.

Computer Science degree (or equivalent practical experience).
