We are seeking a seasoned
Enterprise Architect
to lead the design and evolution of LogicMonitor's enterprise technology landscape, with a strong emphasis on modern cloud platforms, integration architecture, and emerging AI capabilities. This role will be a key advisor to senior leadership, ensuring that IT systems and data architectures align with long-term business strategy and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Define and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap, with a focus on scalability, interoperability, and security.
AI & Automation Leadership: Identify and guide the adoption of AI/ML tools and platforms that can enhance business productivity, decision-making, and automation.
Solution Design: Evaluate and recommend systems architecture and software solutions that align with LogicMonitor's technical and operational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams to align architecture decisions with business needs.
Governance & Standards: Establish architectural best practices, frameworks, and governance processes across the organization.
Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies (especially in AI and cloud), and assess their strategic relevance.
What You’ll Need
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or software/platform engineering.
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern enterprise integration patterns (APIs, event-driven, microservices).
Hands-on experience architecting or implementing AI/ML-powered platforms or workflows.
Strong understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation packages for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Employees in eligible roles are granted equity-based compensation, subject to Board approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$183,435-$218,000 USD.
