Overview
Envision Physician Services is seeking a qualified Anesthesiologist with strong leadership skills to join our team at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida as the Anesthesia Medical Director. Minimum experience of 3-5 years is required, and previous leadership experience is preferred. This is a full-time leadership opportunity to join a well-established group of 21 physicians and 52 APPs. The anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and performs all cases except burns, trauma and transplants. Chief Duties
Scheduling Staff development Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events Liaison with hospital leaders Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital Participate in leadership and development activities Performance reviews Orientation and onboarding of new hires Highlights
