Mayo Clinic Health System Gastroenterology includes locations across Minnesota and Wisconsin serving approximately 600,000 unique patients annually. This role is located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and joins an established group of gastroenterologists and advanced practice providers providing gastroenterology services in a physician-led, stable organization focused on high-quality patient care and satisfaction. The practice collaborates with the Division of Gastroenterology at Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN, and may offer blended clinical, consultative, research, and teaching activities. The Mayo Clinic Health System emphasizes technology advancements to support care, including telehealth, digital technology, and artificial intelligence to enhance patient and staff experiences. Responsibilities
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology. Provide General Gastroenterology services with opportunities to develop sub-specialty interests (motility, hepatology, inflammatory bowel disease, pancreas). Collaborate within a multi-specialty environment, with surgical, cancer, and radiology colleagues across Mayo Clinic and Mayo Clinic Health System. Engage in a physician-led practice with on-site clinic, endoscopy suite, and hospital services, including radiology and infusion center. Participate in integrated EMR and imaging systems to coordinate care across locations. Potential for blended clinical, consultative, research, and teaching activities with Mayo Clinic. Support for candidates who require visa assistance. Opportunities in La Crosse, WI; Mankato, MN; and Red Wing and Austin, MN. Qualifications
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology and eligible for a Wisconsin state license. Visa sponsorship may be considered for this role. Exemption status: Exempt.
