We are a leading neurological clinic with two locations (Santa Monica and Agoura Hills) specializing in diagnosing and treating various neurological disorders, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory loss, severe depression, Parkinson's disease, headaches, and chronic pain. Our clinic also participates in cutting-edge research projects and works on developing advanced methods for diagnosing memory loss and treating early-stage Alzheimer’s with newly approved treatments. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive neurological assessments, including patient histories and physical exams, in outpatient settings. Diagnose and manage patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson’s, memory loss, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological disorders. Coordinate patient care, including follow-up appointments, diagnostic testing, and referrals to specialists as necessary. Administer treatments such as Botox for headaches. Serve as a primary physician for both outpatient and inpatient neurology cases, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care. Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and healthy living strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive approach to neurological care. Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with a focus on Neurology. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology. Valid medical license in California. Experience in memory disorders, Alzheimer’s, or traumatic brain injury is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing patient records and coordinating care. Very strong communication and writing skills. Preferred Experience
At least 2 years of clinical experience in a neurology-focused environment. Experience in clinical research and familiarity with research protocols.
