We’re looking for an Associate Market Executive to: act as a deputy to the Market Executive in the daily management of the Market develop a structured coaching program for financial advisors, helping them identify and achieve their growth needs run regular sales meetings, assist with implementing growth initiatives, evaluate progress and create action plans to address underperformance when appropriate, manage and resolve all escalated issues, including financial, reputational, compliance, supervisory, operational and HR governance risks assist with selecting, hiring and on-boarding of financial advisors and oversee conversion of those transitioning serve as financial advisor to personal clients while managing market responsibilities Detailed salary information: San Francisco: the salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
