The Labor & Employment group handles complex, high-stakes matters across California and beyond, including wrongful termination, discrimination, disability accommodation, harassment, wage and hour class actions, trade secret and unfair competition disputes, and compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws. Responsibilities
Represent employers in litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and disability accommodation cases. Defend wage and hour class actions and employee unfair competition/trade secret disputes. Advise clients on compliance with state, local, and federal employment laws. Collaborate with attorneys nationwide on complex litigation and preventive counseling matters. Support and work with leading attorneys in labor and employment law on high-profile matters. Key Qualifications
California Bar membership required. Strong academic credentials. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Why Join Us
