Manage full P&L of the business unit, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, cost control, and market execution in support of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and programmatic goals. Lead growth through product strategies, market segmentation, and delivery. Engage high-value customer programs and strategic pursuits, maintaining disciplined scope, proactive risk mitigation, and milestone delivery. Partner with the M&A team when applicable, including due diligence and post-close integration to expand Voyager’s market access. Oversee full product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and competitive dynamics while managing business development teams within the unit to align with ongoing pipeline strategy. Provide leadership across engineering, production, manufacturing, operations, and finance, supporting scalable growth, labor tracking, KPIs, operational readiness, and cost/timeline adherence. Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, finance, engineering, and operations to drive operational execution, ensure on-time/on-budget delivery, and exceed performance expectations. Partner with People teams to identify hiring needs. Foster a high-performance, mission-first culture among high-performing teams across engineering, supply chain, delivery, quality, finance, aligning with Voyager’s values of accountability, mission-focus, and continuous improvement.
