The Architect I – Enterprise Solutions is responsible for leading ERP integration activities, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. The role involves defining migration roadmaps, harmonizing processes, managing system integrations, and ensuring compliance. The architect will partner with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver seamless transitions, foster collaboration, and ensure business objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of ERP integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, aligning with the SAP S/4HANA platform. Develop and maintain an inventory of merged company assets across people, process, technology, and data. Define and drive decisions on data migration, process harmonization, and system integration. Partner with stakeholders to design and implement migration roadmaps, ensuring timely adoption of SAP S/4HANA. Build strong relationships with merged organizations and business leaders to foster trust and alignment. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and forums for consensus and effective problem-solving. Support ongoing operations of merged SAP ecosystems during transitions, ensuring compliance with audit and SOX regulations. Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues, resolving them promptly. Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and deployment documentation. Conduct design document reviews, peer code reviews, and recommend improvements. Contribute to ERP/CRM practice activities such as case studies, knowledge sharing, and reusability. Define architecture and design frameworks for projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Guide teams in configuration, coding, testing, defect management, and release processes. Manage delivery of modules, user stories, and provide project support including status reporting. Mentor and manage teams, set goals, provide feedback, and ensure upskilling and engagement. Support customer interactions by clarifying requirements, presenting design options, and conducting implementation reviews. Conduct peer reviews, technical assessments, and mentor junior leads. Manage problem resolution activities by identifying root causes and recommending solutions. Maintain process improvement documentation and drive adherence to standards. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of SAP ERP experience, including program leadership roles. Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions or divestiture integration projects. Advanced skills in negotiation, conflict management, and influencing. Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, due diligence, and implementation efforts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with executive audiences. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Deep knowledge of ERP/CRM integration with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Experience with production deployments, solving deployment errors, and using data loading tools. Knowledge of Google APIs, analytics, and cloud-based solution architecture. Certifications (if any)

Relevant ERP/CRM or cloud architecture certifications are desirable.
