We are seeking a
Executive Assistant
to provide dedicated administrative office support to a Family Office. The ideal candidate is mature, grounded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully in-office position, alternating between two primary locations in Chicago’s Gold Coast. This is a MAC-based office. Executive Assistant Location:
In office – Chicago, IL (Gold Coast) Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars and schedules across multiple locations Handle in-house travel arrangements and logistics Manage and organize incoming emails; respond and flag priorities as needed Answer and screen phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner Create and maintain spreadsheets and other documents Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks, including: Purchasing office and household supplies Reviewing vehicle registration and related documents Supporting special projects and day-to-day operations Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Provide proactive support with a no-task-too-small attitude Qualifications: 5+ years of professional administrative experience (financial services is a plus) High proficiency on Mac OS, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills—quiet confidence and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and take initiative A high level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment
