We\'re hiring a Sr. Manager / Director, Customer Marketing Manager to drive programs that increase product adoption, support expansion, and build lasting customer advocacy. Responsibilities
Onboarding programs that accelerate value realization during the first 90 days of the customer journey Clear, compelling content that drives customer action — from onboarding guides and success playbooks to expansion messaging and advocacy stories. You\'ll lead the development of these assets directly, and partner with internal teams and customers to ensure every program is backed by the right message, format, and timing. Campaign and pod teams will depend on you to create the content that moves customers forward Transformation paths like Studio → Studio at Scale and Studio → TrueTest, with supporting content and campaign workflows; Also establish the TrueTest customer success stories to accelerate "land" + "expand" opps Lifecycle campaigns that guide customers between touch models (e.g., mid to high touch) and activate expansion moments ABM campaigns for $100K+ ARR customers, in collaboration with campaign and sales teams Behavior-based and trigger-driven programs to engage dormant or at-risk accounts A scalable advocacy engine, including case studies, testimonials, and peer review programs Customer Advisory Boards, executive roundtables, and feedback loops that inform roadmap and GTM Cohesive outbound communications that engage the install base with value-driven updates, news, and invites What You Bring / Qualifications
10+ years of customer marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally across multiple products or segments A global mindset with experience supporting international customers A portfolio of programs that moved the needle on expansion, retention, and advocacy Strong cross-functional instincts and a track record of partnering with CS, Sales, and Product Proven ability to turn customer signals (product usage, CS feedback, intent data) into marketing actions Fluency in tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and campaign orchestration platforms A balance of strategy and execution — you can own a plan and build it too Team & Collaboration
