Serve as the functional and technical expert for customer engagement teams, focusing on ServiceNow integrations Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, ensuring best practices are followed Develop integration strategies and architectures tailored to customer needs and business outcomes Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions Analyze and improve existing system configurations to enhance performance and support future needs Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in configuration/development for complex integration technologies Proven ability to influence and consult in varied customer environments, providing thought leadership Maintenance of at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification Extensive experience with integration technologies such as Web Services (REST/SOAP), middleware, and SaaS technologies Strong Javascript skills and experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Studio IDE and APIs Preferred Qualifications
