Serve as the functional and technical expert for customer engagement teams, focusing on ServiceNow integrations Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, ensuring best practices are followed Develop integration strategies and architectures tailored to customer needs and business outcomes Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions Analyze and improve existing system configurations to enhance performance and support future needs Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in configuration/development for complex integration technologies Proven ability to influence and consult in varied customer environments, providing thought leadership Maintenance of at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification Extensive experience with integration technologies such as Web Services (REST/SOAP), middleware, and SaaS technologies Strong Javascript skills and experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Studio IDE and APIs Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI models, particularly Generative AI, and related tools on the ServiceNow platform Familiarity with data management, database design, and enterprise technologies like LDAP and SSO Experience with self-hosted implementations and domain separation Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach Ability to mentor and develop talent within a team environment #CloudComputing #ITServices #AIIntegration #CareerGrowth #RemoteWork We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
