Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, shaping financial strategy and growth Lead FP&A, accounting, tax, audit, treasury, and revenue cycle functions Drive capital structure strategy including financing, partnerships, and investor relations Required Qualifications
Proven CFO or SVP Finance experience in a high-growth healthcare setting Experience leading a healthcare organization with over $50M in revenue Expertise in scaling financial strategy Deep knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and value-based care CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
