Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Construction Law - Associate (Mid to Senior Level) in the San Francisco office. This is a full-time position for a 3rd to 8th year Associate. GT offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. The Construction Law Associate will work with clients from a variety of industries across the country. Responsibilities

Work on construction law matters including transactions and/or litigation, work letters, AIA and other contract forms, and project documentation, as well as disputes involving construction and design defects, delay and acceleration claims, extra work claims, and mechanics liens. Assist in procurement, bidding, drafting of contracts, and construction project delivery through close-out; engage in dispute resolution when needed. Take ownership over work and career development; maintain good standing with the CA State Bar. Qualifications

3+ years of construction law experience with transactions and/or litigation; EPC experience is a plus but not required. Strong academic performance, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, attention to detail. In good standing with the California State Bar. Practice Area / Firm Information

The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 to $400,000 per year. Actual pay is based on experience, location, and other factors. Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and additional voluntary programs. Commuter and transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
