Overview
Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a midlevel Healthcare Litigation associate attorney with a minimum of three years’ experience to join its Healthcare practice group. The candidate will join a team representing healthcare providers in a wide range of matters, including litigation, government investigations, regulatory matters, and transactions. We are looking for candidates with litigation experience including responsibility for pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions. Experience representing healthcare clients is a plus but not required. The position will be based in the Seattle office, with relocation and bar expenses paid where applicable per DWT policy.
Responsibilities
Represent healthcare providers in litigation, government investigations, regulatory matters, and transactions.
Manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions as part of case work.
Qualifications
Active membership in the Washington State Bar or the ability to become a member.
Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare-related litigation (experience representing healthcare clients is a plus but not required).
Candidates with law firm, judicial clerkship, or government experience are preferred; entrepreneurial mindset and strong client-service ethic are desirable.
Willingness to relocate to Seattle; relocation and bar expenses paid when applicable per DWT policy.

The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $225,000 to $330,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s education, training, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a bonus and health insurance with an optional HSA, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick time, 10 paid holidays each year and an employee assistance program. For full-time employees, the initial sick leave benefit is 80 hours per year. Attorneys generally take approximately three weeks of vacation each year, varying with client and firm needs. Additional voluntary benefits include: voluntary accident insurance, life, disability, long-term care, and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs are available.
