Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of managed services by facilitating prompt resolution of client concerns.
Support the Workday ERP managed services team by assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Build client relationships by identifying their requirements and meeting expectations.
Adhere to service delivery targets and assist in implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and integration with other systems.
Keep current with Workday ERP updates and industry trends to support clients effectively.
Help monitor SLAs and ensure contract compliance.
Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery outcomes and client satisfaction to senior team members.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven expertise and hands-on experience on incidents and service requests, including configuration changes and enhancements, related to at least 1 of the following areas:
Record to Report
Contract to Cash
Procure to Pay
Expenses
Financials and Compliance Reporting
Nice to have areas:
Business Assets
Banking and Settlement
Grants Management
Student Financials
Student Financial Aid
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday services or similar roles.
Good knowledge of Workday ERP modules and functionalities, with at least one certification (level 2 support).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
The Managed Services Senior Associate ensures successful client delivery by optimizing ERP systems and supporting organizational growth. This role demands technical expertise, strong skills, and a focus on exceeding client expectations.
Compensation and Benefits The estimated base salary for this job is $115,000 - $140,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,250 - $161,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
