Huron’s Corporate Workday team is comprised of business-minded technology professionals responsible for the ongoing optimization of our portfolio through product strategy, solution delivery, and support. The team partners closely with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities to drive efficiencies and real outcomes. The Product portfolio focuses primarily on Workday and also contains integrations, bots, and other innovative solutions. We partner closely with client-facing counterparts to share best practices and ensure Huron is at the cutting edge of Workday capabilities. Position

The Workday Talent and Dev Manager will serve as a Product Manager across Huron’s suite of Workday Talent Management Solutions, including Learning, Performance, Talent, and Recruiting. Responsibilities

Partner with internal stakeholders across Huron’s Human Resources teams to understand and prioritize goals and objectives, developing and partnering on the execution of product and process enhancements. Lead the Talent Management Product Team in configuring and optimizing enterprise processes and configurations. Partner with cross-functional and technical teams including Reporting and Security to support and optimize current offerings. Ensure the team is focused on timely troubleshooting of system issues and supporting end-users via ServiceNow. Regularly monitor Workday weekly and bi-annual releases for new functionality and fixes; leverage Workday community to research solutions, contribute ideas, and seek help. Partner with Digital Consulting to share best practices and help meet client needs; support consultants in packaging Huron solutions into accelerators that improve value propositions. Ensure internal systems stay at the cutting edge of Workday functionality, working toward continuous optimization. Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with stakeholders and/or customers to translate priorities into product deliverables and outcomes. Ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and a dedication to customer service and delivery. Proven experience in leading and deploying complex initiatives with disparate stakeholder groups and processes. Experience advising stakeholders on Talent Management best practices and translating requirements to technical teams to deliver successful outcomes. Preferred

Workday configuration experience is a plus; candidates with strong business knowledge who can learn complex systems are encouraged to apply. Workday training and/or certifications in Talent Management are highly desirable. Experience with Talent Management Processes in the Professional Services Industry. Experience with Agile scrum methodology. Competencies

Flexible living locations; remote role with 1 day per year onsite. Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base salary is $115,000 - $155,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual salary will vary based on skills, certifications, experience, market changes, and travel requirements. This role is eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, with a total estimated compensation range of $132,250 - $193,750.
