Senior Account Executive, Professional Services

What You’ll Do
Media & Influencer Relations: lead media efforts with relationships across key business, finance, or industry publications; craft pitches; identify new story opportunities within financial and professional services.
Influencer & Amplification Strategies: develop and execute influencer plans across LinkedIn, business podcasts, and niche financial media; support client visibility through social channels and earned media.
Client Service & Program Management: manage day-to-day client communications, lead PR calls, deliver programs (media relations, executive thought leadership, awards, speaking, content); develop quarterly PR plans and calendars; monitor industry news for opportunities.
Writing & Content Development: produce and edit content with nuance for financial, legal, or professional services audiences; create press materials, articles, backgrounders, Q&As, and briefing books; ensure brand consistency and tone.
Insights, Analytics & Integration: lead client reporting, track media results, apply data to storytelling, collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns; support AI adoption to improve research and efficiency.
Mentorship & Collaboration: coach junior staff, share knowledge, contribute to a collaborative culture; participate in cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Agency Engagement & Operations: support new business efforts with research; contribute to blogs, training, and client case studies; participate in industry events and internal initiatives.
Professional Growth & Self-Development: set quarterly goals, prioritize tasks, and drive timelines with accountability. Seek feedback and continuously improve performance.
What You Bring
3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting (required).
Experience in financial services, insurtech, or other professional services industries (required).
Strong media relationships across business, financial, and trade outlets (e.g., CNBC, Bloomberg, WSJ, Business Insider, Insurance Journal).
Ability to distill complex topics into engaging stories for diverse audiences; excellent writing and editing skills.
Confidence managing client relationships and internal teams; familiar with analytics tools and reporting best practices.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented, growth-minded approach.
