Sales Director (Oil and Gas Industry) - Remote Work at BairesDev. Role to source, nurture, and close new clients, primarily non-inbound leads. This is a Hunter position. What you'll do
Hunting: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients, focusing on Energy (Oil & Gas, Renewables, and Utilities) industries; originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities; present BairesDev's value proposition tailored to potential clients' senior executives. Project Management: Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions; plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet targets; plan resources and mobilize teams across the sales cycle; understand and mitigate key risks. We are looking for
5+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related industrial sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives. Strong experience in business development, relationship management, or technical sales within the energy sector. Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts within energy markets. Excellent understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends. Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships. Strong understanding of operational systems, data management, and technological challenges commonly faced in the Oil & Gas industry. Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach; detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Native English or fully bilingual (English). What we offer
