Have you been using automation as part of your networking toolkit and ready to make it your focus? Join Itential's Professional Services team as a Network Automation Engineer II, where you\'ll lead customer implementations and build sophisticated multi-domain automation solutions for enterprise clients. As a Network Automation Engineer II, you\'ll lead customer projects implementing Itential software across complex multi-domain networks. You\'ll build and deploy automation solutions that handle everything from firewall rule creation to load balancer management, site onboarding to software upgrades. Working directly with clients, you\'ll translate their priorities into technical solutions using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and our platform. Your implementations will integrate with major systems like ServiceNow, AWS, Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5. You\'ll collaborate across internal teams to ensure customer success and contribute to product improvements based on field experience. Technologies You\'ll Work With:

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, telecommunication, computer science, related field required or relevant experience required Experience: 3+ years in Network Automation required Proficiency in Ansible, Linux, Python Scripting, Jinja2, REST APIs, JSON, SSH Understanding of network devices and configurations across Firewalls, switches, routers, cloud networks, load balancers, etc. with vendors such as: Palo Alto, F5, Cisco, Arista Familiar with infrastructure and change management platforms such as: Infoblox, NetBox, ServiceNow Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with clients Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach in identifying and delivering automation opportunities Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering quality solutions Technical Requirements: Certifications/Licenses: None required Preferred Qualifications
Education: Industry certifications in networking or automation Experience: Knowledge of Terraform and cloud networking environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Hands-on experience with the Itential Platform Skills: Experience with additional automation frameworks and tools
