Project Manager at Inventory Solutions Plus – Social Media Specialist role focusing on hospital B2B marketing. This is a part-time, longer-term 1099 contract role. The Social Media Specialist – Hospital B2B will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns that target hospitals and healthcare systems, with the goal of building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and engaging the right decision-makers. Requires experience in the healthcare or hospital environment, specifically with hospital operations, procurement processes, and leadership roles. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B social media campaigns targeting hospital executives and department leaders. Create content (posts, graphics, short videos, case studies) that speaks to hospital challenges with surplus and unused equipment. Identify, segment, and target hospital decision-makers such as Directors of Materials Management, Supply Chain Directors/Managers, Purchasing Managers, Biomedical Engineering Directors, Facilities Directors, and COOs of hospital systems. Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; adjust strategies to improve engagement and lead generation. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align social media efforts with outreach campaigns. Stay current on hospital procurement trends, compliance requirements, and industry conversations to keep messaging relevant. Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in B2B social media marketing (healthcare or hospital sector strongly preferred). Knowledge of hospital decision-making structures, procurement, and equipment management processes. Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to executive-level audiences. Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and campaign optimization. Bonus: Experience marketing to supply chain, purchasing, or biomedical engineering leaders within hospitals. Sales Responsibilities

Conduct

cold outreach

(LinkedIn messaging, calls, emails) to hospital decision-makers. Build relationships with C-suite executives and department heads, moving prospects through the full sales cycle. Qualify leads generated through social media and turn them into

opportunities for the sales team . Meet or exceed lead generation and sales activity goals. Contract Details
