We are seeking an experienced MES Functional Consultant with strong manufacturing process knowledge and expertise in requirement gathering for MES system implementation. The role will require excellent requirement gathering skills to capture both business and technical needs. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including production teams and IT to ensure the MES system effectively supports operations. Conduct workshops, facilitate discussions, utilize techniques such as process mapping, user stories and gap analysis to define user requirements. Leverage the experience from requirement specifications phase to build test scenarios and test cases. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure MES is seamlessly integrated with other systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, and IT/OT interfaces. Get trained on the functional MES solution during the project. Test & validate the functionalities deployed during every sprint. Provide hands-on support during system testing, SIT, UAT, implementation, and go-live, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations also train users on the functionalities, perform minor configurations as needed. Collaborate with the application vendor for system readiness. Offer post-implementation support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure users are equipped to leverage the MES solution effectively. Qualifications
