Executive Assistant, US Field Operations role at Starbucks. The position supports the SVP, US Coffeehouses with executive-level administrative duties and will be based in Seattle, WA (or Chicago, IL per location note). Base pay range: $34.71/yr - $54.57/yr Location
This position can be located in either Seattle, WA or Chicago, IL. To be considered for this position, you must reside in one of those locations currently. Responsibilities
Support the SVP, US Coffeehouses by acting as a trusted point of contact, managing communications on behalf of the executive and organization with courage, empathy, humility, interpersonal savvy, and efficiency. Proactively implement time management to ensure the leader focuses on business deliverables and strategic initiatives, collaborating with other leaders and support partners. Manage highly complex multi-leg, international and domestic travel arrangements and partner with internal and external stakeholders to craft agendas that optimize schedules, prioritizing safety and compliance with policies and security. Organize and lead highly complex events (offsites, summits, organizational meetings) in-person or virtual, leveraging audiovisual equipment or meeting facilities. Demonstrate composure and professionalism while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Exhibit integrity and discretion in handling confidential information with superior attention to detail. Act as a problem solver with strong critical thinking and analytical skills to anticipate leader needs. Lead day-to-day support of calendaring, travel, invoices, expenses, and other administrative functions. Collaborate with support partners supporting leadership within the team and across the broader enterprise. Engage with the executive’s direct report team to align priorities and maintain open communication channels. Engage with external and enterprise networks at all levels. Qualifications
Progressive administrative experience 7-9 years. Experience providing support to executive level management or equivalent 7-9 years. Experience in a fast-paced environment 7-9 years. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, expert PowerPoint skills, and virtual tools. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Broad knowledge of the business, including function and company priorities. Benefits
