Akkodis is seeking a
Business Consultant
for a contract with a client in Illinois City, IL. Candidates must have hands-on experience leading Coupa implementations and conducting fit-gap analysis to be considered. Rate Range:
$45/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable strategies or solutions.
Develop and present business cases, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Support implementation of new systems or processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Monitor project outcomes and performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to advise clients on innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8–10 years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to deliver actionable business insights.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving organizational change initiatives.
