Analyst

with a client in
Concord, CA . Candidates must have hands-on experience configuring and validating Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) across multiple environments. Rate Range:
$53/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Participate in fit-gap analysis to evaluate business needs against system capabilities. Collaborate with process leads and SMEs to model and standardize processes and define business requirements. Estimate effort and track progress by providing time estimates, story points, and status updates for assigned tasks. Author and validate documentation supporting Electronic Batch Record (EBR) configurations and system changes. Configure EBRs across development, staging, and production environments, addressing site-specific use cases and enhancement requests. Support go-live and HyperCare activities, ensuring smooth deployment and post-implementation stability. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in business analysis or system configuration, preferably in regulated environments. Proven experience in configuring and validating Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) across multiple environments. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support go-live activities, and address site-specific use cases. $53.00 to $64.00 per hour Benefits
