As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning and scaling network service API products—from ideation to launch to performance optimization. You will identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives while leading cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. You must be a visionary, strategist, analyst, and execution leader, driving adoption and business success while ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders. Responsibilities
Own and manage network service API products from concept to launch to continuous improvement. Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market needs. Conduct competitive analysis and leverage industry trends to drive innovation. Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability. Secure funding for product initiatives by building strong business cases and conducting ROI analysis. Drive end-to-end execution, including defining release scope, collaborating with engineering, and managing the go-to-market strategy. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals. Partner with cross-functional teams (business development, marketing, sales, engineering) to define and execute launch plans. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in API and network services. Establish a robust Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback loop to inform product decisions. Drive customer engagement and research to deeply understand needs and pain points. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and measure product success. Continuously track product performance using dashboards and analytics tools. Develop and execute adoption strategies for API monetization and customer growth. Identify and resolve technical debt, ensuring long-term product sustainability. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. Act as the customer champion, advocating for their needs across all levels (IC to C-suite). Evangelize product vision internally and externally, influencing key stakeholders. Deliver executive-level presentations, including Product QBRs, steering meetings, and strategic reviews. Mentor and foster a high-performing product culture within the team. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Engineering, Business, or related field. 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience, ideally in network services, APIs, or enterprise SaaS. Proven track record in owning and launching enterprise software products, preferably API-based products. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and release planning. Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Excellent writing and documentation skills especially about complex products and technical solutions. Base Pay Range: $121,600 - $219,400. Corporate Bonus Target: 20%. The pay range above is for a general base pay range; actual pay varies by location, qualifications, and experience.
