Head of Cyber Solutions - North America This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from either our New York, NY or Chicago, IL office. Oversight and management of U.S. Broking colleagues Responsible for all aspects of managing Cyber Solutions Broking's revenue and operating income Responsible for the development of all team members, including remediation of performance and management issues of team Develop a diverse and inclusive team Responsible to manage intra-team relationships to ensure effective, efficient and respectful relationships amongst all team members Manage relationships across key insurers supporting the E&O and Cyber Solution Lines Support colleagues and clients as they navigate broking and claims related challenges Collaborate with Aon leadership, driving our firmwide strategies: 3 x 3, Aon Client Leadership and Industry Expertise Drive Aon\'s Cyber Value Proposition Partner with Cyber Leadership on a global scale, supporting solution line growth across EMEA, LatAm, APAC in addition to within North America Support Aon\'s overall risk management strategy, ensuring compliance with operational strategies and compliance requirements Qualifications

Fifteen plus years of Cyber/E&O insurance or relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to build relationships Active P&C License Education:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $275,000 to $350,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon\'s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan. Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, employee stock purchase plan, potential long-term incentive awards, medical/dental/vision insurance, and other benefits. This role does not accrue vacation; paid time off is available at the discretion of the employee and management in accordance with company policy and practices.
