Overview

The Ferraro Law Firm, a rapidly expanding mid-sized plaintiff personal injury firm, seeks a highly strategic, execution-oriented Director of Operations to oversee firmwide business operations. This leader will work closely with executive management to streamline systems, improve performance metrics, and ensure the firm\'s continued scalability as a premier national litigation practice. The role requires strong business acumen, proven change-management capabilities, and the capacity to coordinate multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. Our firm is located in the Brickell financial district of Miami, Florida. Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and manage operations across all departments. Oversee implementation and adoption of technology systems (e.g., Litify/Salesforce, document management tools). Build and track KPIs related to firm performance, operational efficiency, and staff utilization. Serve as project manager for key initiatives including office expansion, CRM upgrades, and new process rollouts. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and firmwide policies. Foster a continuous improvement and collaborative culture across multidisciplinary teams that impact the claims lifecycle. Qualifications

4-year degree in Business, Operations Management, or similar from an accredited college or university or equivalency; MBA or post-graduate degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in professional services or legal setting. 5+ years of experience in managing cross-functional teams and internal initiatives. Preferred understanding of law firm business models and metrics (mass tort/asbestos a plus). Advanced proficiency with case-management and document management platforms as well as Microsoft Office products. (Salesforce/Litify a plus). Proficient in change management and process improvement methodologies with the ability to translate operational data into business decisions. Strong aptitudes in critical thinking, task management and solution orientation. Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills. Work Location and Travel

Work Location: This role is in-office in Miami, FL. Candidates should reliably commute or be willing to relocate. Compensation and Benefits
