Overview We are seeking a Financial Technical Program Manager to support the Run & Maintain support team in the Finance Technology domain. This role may flex to support workstreams in key company initiatives, including Finance Transformation. The ideal candidate will manage the full program lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes aligned with business goals. This role requires onsite presence in Seattle, WA (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu).
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Own end-to-end program execution for the full backlog of initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and finance modernization strategies.
Program Planning: Partner with business, product, and technology leaders to document the technical delivery roadmap, defining deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior executives, business units, product managers, and technical teams to understand needs, drive delivery, and communicate effectively.
Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to ensure program continuity and success.
Technical Integration: Partner with engineering teams to manage system data migrations and overall technical design, ensuring compliance with architecture standards and security protocols.
Change Management: Develop and align Change Management plans within the overall timeline to tech milestones; facilitate any technical change management needs.
What You Bring
Demonstrated customer focus with awareness of Key Performance Indicators.
Ability to manage high-impact, high-risk programs with integrated plans across multiple teams.
Experience presenting demos, status updates, and risk/mitigation strategies to executives and the broader organization.
Technical, functional, and regulatory expertise to define the technical components of a multi-year capability roadmap.
Experience with resource planning and large team budgets, forecasting six months ahead and explaining variances.
Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and remove blockers to team success.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with Finance platforms.
Technical program management expertise with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions.
Experience implementing program governance and structure within a scrum team.
Ability to work onsite in Seattle, WA, Monday through Thursday.
Collaborative experience with Product, Engineering Managers, and Engineering teams to drive roadmaps and delivery of high-quality features.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $91.55 - $102.11/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
