We’re looking for an experienced Accounting & Office Manager to join our team and oversee financial administration, payroll, and day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Prepare bank reconciliations, expense reports, and month-end closings Process bi-weekly payroll in Paylocity, including employee time entries, deductions, and benefits Maintain employee records and support HR-related administrative tasks Support project teams with invoice tracking and job cost reports Oversee general office administration (supplies, vendors, scheduling, etc.) Work closely with the leadership team to support financial and operational goals Qualifications
3+ years of experience in office management, accounting, or payroll administration (construction industry preferred) Proficiency in QuickBooks and Paylocity (or similar payroll platforms) Strong understanding of payroll compliance and accounting principles Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team Strong communication skills and attention to detail Compensation & Benefits
