Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our advanced TMS program. We are not just looking for a manager; we are looking for a savvy, intrinsically motivated entrepreneur to build a best-in-class program from the ground up, with a primary focus on cash-pay services, while also supporting insurance-based coverage. This is a unique opportunity to shape a cutting-edge service line with the full support of our extensive medical campus, staff, and leadership team. Position Summary:

The TMS Program Director will be accountable for the comprehensive development, operational execution, and financial success of our TMS program. Your mission will be to design and market a highly attractive program that integrates advanced TMS protocols, such as the accelerated SAINT protocol, with a suite of synergistic therapies. You will be a key leader, responsible for transforming a vision into a thriving, revenue-generating service line that draws patients to Gillette, Wyoming, for exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Strategic Program Development:

Design and implement a comprehensive TMS program that integrates cutting-edge protocols (e.g., SAINT) with supplemental therapies, including counseling, ketamine, and photobiomodulation. Business & Financial Oversight:

Develop and manage the program’s business plan and financial model in close collaboration with our finance division. You will be accountable for meeting revenue targets and ensuring the program’s profitability. Marketing & Business Development:

Work directly with our marketing team to create and execute a strategic marketing plan. Your goal will be to attract out-of-state patients, making our program a destination for those seeking advanced and effective mental health treatments. Operational Excellence:

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the TMS program, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every patient. Technology & Data Integration:

Incorporate advanced imaging technologies (MRI, fMRI, EEG) into the program to objectively demonstrate the neurological changes and effectiveness of treatment, setting us apart from competitors. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead the TMS team, including our on-site psychiatrist and psychiatric nurse practitioner. Collaborate with all relevant clinic divisions to ensure smooth patient flow and inter-departmental support. Recruitment & Training:

Recruit and train a specialized team to support the program’s growth. Compliance & Quality:

Ensure all program activities adhere to clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

A proven track record in the successful development, launch, and management of a TMS program, with significant experience in a cash-pay model. Leadership:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and drive performance. Business Acumen:

Demonstrated expertise in marketing, sales, and financial management. Must be able to create and manage a program’s budget and P&L. Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of TMS technology, different protocols (including SAINT), and the mental health/neurology market. Analytical Skills:

Experience using data and advanced technologies (imaging, EEG) to inform program development and demonstrate patient outcomes. Work Ethic:

A proactive, self-starter who is intrinsically motivated and can work with minimal micromanagement. Location:

Must be willing to relocate to Gillette, Wyoming.
