Sr. Financial Analyst - Government Accounting and Compliance CAES by Honeywell is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst - Government Compliance & Finance to support government contracts and ensure compliance with government regulations. The role acts as the liaison between CAES by Honeywell and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). The position can be based in Clearwater, FL; Lansdale, PA; Phoenix, AZ; San Diego, CA; or San Jose, CA. No relocation is available for this role. Responsibilities

Analyze and prepare annual Incurred Cost Proposals and forward pricing rate proposals; conduct unallowable reviews related to final claimed costs; serve as the primary interface with DCAA audits of these proposals. Prepare regular Rate Monitorship Reports including variance analysis, data analytics and trending. Support time charging activities, reinforcing strong internal controls and monitoring of labor compliance. Support SAP Rate Maintenance and Validation for Aerospace CAS Compliant Segments. Support cross-functional Government Compliance and Finance matters, reinforce awareness through training, prepare white papers and test internal controls. Qualifications

How to Succeed Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, with emphasis in Accounting or Finance. Five plus years of accounting/financial analysis experience. Eligibility under US export laws: must be a “US Person” or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license. Preferred Strong SAP experience. Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. Experience with FAR, CAS and U.S. Government Compliance is desired. Excellent written and oral communication skills. CPA and/or Government Contract Accounting is a plus. Strong financial and business analytical and problem-solving skills. Independent, self-starter, with a strong work ethic and ability to contribute to a positive team attitude. Bias for action; results oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries. Six Sigma certified or trained is preferred. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas. Salary

Base Salary:
