$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Job Description
Manage the accounting, operations, and reporting of various general partner and co-invest partnerships Oversee financial reporting, tax books, capital calls, distributions, and partner allocations Collaborate with investors, internal departments, and external advisors to ensure smooth partnership operations Lead initiatives to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance Mentor junior team members and contribute to team planning and development Maintain a limited tax component, which is why tax backgrounds are highly valued in this role Competitive base salary plus annual bonus and profit sharing Excellent healthcare and retirement benefits Hybrid flexibility and strong work-life balance Qualifications
