This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a fast-paced, dynamic and high-energy work environment looking to positively impact business operations at a top-tier private equity firm. The role will also work closely with the FP&A and Finance team on tax forecasting, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc projects. Hybrid back to office Networking events and other ongoing learning and development opportunities Responsibilities Take ownership of both the tax estimate and K-1 processes for the management companies Prepare/review complex allocations of taxable income as well as evaluate corp./book numbers for potential tax adjustments. Partner with members of the finance team to improve tax reporting and provide value add insights.
