Solution Architect – Integration , you will play a strategic leadership role in the Integration Workstream of the QMS Program. You will define and guide the architecture for integration solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, future-ready solutions that support business transformation. What You’ll Be Doing

Define and evolve the integration architecture for the QMS ecosystem, including Veeva QMS and related platforms Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns Partner with enterprise architects, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with Lilly’s architectural standards and long-term strategy Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and integration blueprints Oversee the implementation of integration frameworks that support operational workflows and system interoperability Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data integrity standards across all integrations Serve as a thought leader in integration modernization and cloud-native design Coach and guide teams and leaders on architecture considerations relevant to their area of responsibility How You’ll Succeed

Demonstrate architectural leadership in designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions Operate with a quality-first mindset, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance Influence and align stakeholders across business and IT to drive architectural decisions Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategy and innovation Champion reuse, automation, and simplification across the integration landscape What You Should Bring

Proven experience architecting integration solutions in complex, regulated environments Deep expertise in API-based integration and platforms such as Mulesoft or similar Strong knowledge of AWS (e.g., Lambda, Kinesis, Glue) or Azure integration stack Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile development Demonstrated ability to communicate with a geographically dispersed group of business and technical colleagues Excellent, business-oriented analytical, problem solving, and investigative skills Demonstrated ability to influence without authority Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in integration or solution architecture roles Experience working in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures Additional Preferences

Experience with Veeva QMS or similar quality management platforms Knowledge of GxP, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and automation systems Depth in understanding of technical design best practices including Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, Quality, TCO, and serviceability Knowledge of data architecture and data modeling Experience with data engineering frameworks such as Mulesoft, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud-native data services (e.g., Redshift, Athena) Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology areas About the Organization

The anticipated wage for this position is $123,000 - $180,400. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and other standard benefits; and well-being benefits.
