Overview
The Wily Network partners with college students in the greater Boston area who are working towards their degrees without academic, emotional or financial support from family. Wily provides a critical safety net for Scholars as they navigate college independently. Wily Scholars bring unique experiences, challenges, strengths and goals to the college journey. Some have experienced homelessness or foster care, some have been denied family support due to their sexual orientation or gender identity, some have lost their parents, and some have family members dealing with addiction, mental illness or incarceration. All are talented and motivated, and all are braving college on their own. Our program offers weekly clinical coaching, financial resources, community-building support, and networking opportunities to help Scholars move from surviving to thriving. As a Clinical Scholar Coach, you will partner with Wily Scholars throughout their college experience—supporting them in identifying and working towards their goals, managing challenges and celebrating their successes in real time. You will build and maintain authentic relationships with students and walk with them throughout their college journeys. As a Clinical Coach Supervisor, you will collaborate with and support other Wily Clinical Scholar Coaches, ensuring that Scholars’ critical needs are met and that they receive coaching that meets the highest standards. You will lead through growth, navigate ambiguity, and nurture a team of passionate clinicians as they build and maintain authentic relationships with students. Qualifications
3-4 years of professional experience with trauma-informed care, collaborative and strength-based approaches Including 1-2 years of experience providing clinical supervision Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or equivalent) We are especially committed to recruiting candidates from historically marginalized backgrounds and identities, and to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion. Salary:
