Overview
Technical Product Manager opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to collaborate with engineering, security, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable consumer-facing products. In this role, you will own product roadmaps, manage backlogs across multiple Agile Scrum teams, and ensure that technology investments align with business priorities. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, security, and stakeholders to build consumer-facing technologies. Translate product strategy into actionable features and user stories. Manage backlogs for 2-3 Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with business value. Participate in Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Drive adoption of Agile practices and continuous process improvements. Support rollout of software features and operational tasks. Collaborate with data scientists for insights and analytics. Ensure roadmap accounts for both technical debt and long-term growth. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, BIS, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in Agile environments. Strong background in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending. Proven success managing consumer-facing web and mobile applications. Expertise in roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and product analytics. Hands-on with A/B testing and fraud mitigation. Familiar with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Aha, etc.). Skilled at collaborating with UX teams and uncovering hidden requirements. Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and platform technologies. Familiarity with microservices, SOA, and product analytics. Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, SAS). Experience with REST, SOAP, and integration patterns. Seniority level
