serves clients in Katy, TX. The Program Director oversees day-to-day operations of the behavioral health program supporting career services, responsible for program implementation and evaluation. Reporting to the Senior Executive Director, this position ensures program quality, effectiveness, and impact. The role may manage a caseload and requires a licensed clinical social worker who will run day-to-day operations, ensure clinical and operational fidelity (LCSW brief treatment; BHA navigation/psychoeducation). The Program Director collaborates with career services and behavioral health staff to ensure interdepartmental alignment and unified service delivery. Earn $110,000 annually. Leading staffing, scheduling, coverage, and workflows across community/mobile/virtual settings; conduct weekly huddles and case reviews. Ensuring timely access: initial LCSW engagement within 28 days of enrollment; provide up to three brief CBT/BSFT sessions per model. Ensuring BHAs deliver motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, closed-loop referrals, and barrier resolution for adults and TAY. Representing the program with workforce boards, funders, community partners, and employers; presenting outcomes and growth milestones. Program Management and Quality Assurance
Implement strategic plan activities as directed by Divisional leadership, aligning with Merakey’s mission and goals. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints. Implement and provide feedback on policies and procedures related to program operations, staff management, and service delivery, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational values. Ensure programs adhere to best practices, regulatory standards, and Merakey policies and procedures. Staff Leadership And Development
Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Oversee staff performance management, including evaluations, goal setting, and mentoring. Implement disciplinary actions when necessary, following established policies and applicable laws. Lead recruitment and hiring processes for program staff, upholding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles. Manage timecards and attendance records; coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate program coverage. Qualifications
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with ability to run day-to-day operations and ensure clinical fidelity. Experience in behavioral health program leadership, operations management, and quality assurance. Ability to collaborate across departments to ensure integrated service delivery. Benefits
