The Experience Project Manager role is responsible for ensuring that the assigned service and operations teams are informed and prepared for changes. They are responsible for planning, communicating, implementing and reinforcing change to their assigned groups. They will ensure servicing and ops team members are pulled in and actively engaged in UAT processes. This role will coordinate office hours, online training, knowledge base updates, and other training opportunities. They need to be very organized and passionate about ensuring team members receive the communication and education needed to provide the best service to our clients and members. What you’ll be doing

Manages communication processes including regular and high priority updates/changes to appropriate service and operation teams. Plan, edit and write content for internal communication vehicles, including intranet, internal direct message platforms, internal Knowledge base, and functional/service and operation meetings. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives. Project manages UAT process for servicing and operations team in partnership with Experience Analyst. Ensure stakeholder engagement and identification during change events. Coordinate and implement process improvement within the department and cross-functionally. Coordinate with the Learning team and WFM to roll out new/updated trainings. Facilitates cross functional trainings for up to 500+ teammates. Enables virtual office hours and team-wide education series with servicing teams, identifying appropriate experts to answer questions in specific focus areas. Analyzes training efficacy and uses data insight to inform and improve training efforts. Work with content owners to verify content accuracy and update accordingly. What you will need to be successful

Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience. Formalized education or training in project management practices, theories, and processes is preferred. Formalized Project Management methodology and certification are desired. The ability to coordinate, plan, document and manage a project of moderate complexity as described, as normally obtained through three to five years of experience in a customer or internal client-facing project management role. Experience in a fast-paced/service-driven company is preferred. MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) experience required. SharePoint creation and administration preferred. CAPM certification preferred. Proficient and articulate in written and oral communication, particularly in providing detailed processes and procedures and presenting to all levels within the company. Strong written communication skills required. Strong presentation skills in multiple technology tools. General data analytics and translation to business owners. Project management experience with acute sense of time management for self and team. Holding all accountable to meeting or exceeding deadlines. Exceptionally proactive and able to meet tight deadlines. Ability to context switch between various tasks and knowledge. Demonstrate tolerance of ambiguity and self-motivation. Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions related to all job duties. #LI-Remote This is a remote position Salary Range

$31.97 To $39.90 / hour Benefits & Perks

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
