MM Solutions
Overview
MM Solutions
is seeking an experienced
Quality & Safety leader
to oversee compliance, auditing, and safety programs in a custom manufacturing environment serving the
medical device and aerospace industries . This role is critical to maintaining our
ISO 9001 ,
AS9100 , and
ISO 13485
certifications while advancing a culture of quality and safety across the organization. You will partner with executive leadership, production teams, customers, and external auditors to ensure our processes meet the highest industry standards. Beyond compliance, you’ll be a
strategic advisor to leadership —identifying risks, driving performance, and leading initiatives that protect employees and strengthen customer trust. This is a
hands-on leadership role
where you’ll balance executive reporting with direct accountability for systems, training, and day-to-day quality operations. What You’ll Do
Report directly to senior leadership, providing strategic updates and recommendations to management and the executive team. Lead company-wide Quality Management System (QMS) and external certifications (ISO 9001, ITAR, AS9100, ISO 13485). Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvements across manufacturing and services. Oversee safety programs including OSHA compliance, equipment standards, training, and incident investigations. Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and HR to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation. Build and mentor a strong quality and safety organization that sustains growth and maintains zero-defect expectations. About Us
MM Solutions is a fast-growing manufacturer serving critical sectors including aerospace, defense, and medical devices. For more than 30 years, we’ve combined precision engineering with a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Based in Colorado and serving customers worldwide, we focus on building innovative, long-term partnerships that deliver reliability and value in every project. Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, exempt position with an annual salary range of
$75,000 – $115,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. MM Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement savings plan; paid time off; and other programs designed to support employee well-being and work-life balance. Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Deep, hands-on Quality leadership: at least 3–5 years where the majority of your workweek was dedicated to Quality management (not project management, R&D, or lab science with partial quality oversight). Proven success leading audits, customer quality reviews, and compliance programs. Strong experience in manufacturing, aerospace/defense, or industrial sectors. Executive presence: comfortable presenting to executives, boards, and customer representatives with data-driven decision making. Standards expertise: ISO 9001 required; ITAR, AS9100, and ISO 13485 preferred. Experience with DOT compliance, environmental safety, or logistics support is a plus. Collaborative leadership style: able to drive change and accountability through positive reinforcement rather than command-and-control. Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Safety, or related field (advanced certifications such as CQE, CQA, or COSS preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills—able to partner with executives and coach frontline leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and implement solutions. Please Note
This is a full-time, onsite position (5 days/week). Remote or hybrid options are not available. If you are not currently a Colorado resident, please indicate your relocation plans in your application. Manufacturing experience is required. Backgrounds limited to healthcare, chemistry, or biology labs, or general operations, are unlikely to align unless directly connected to manufacturing quality. We are seeking candidates with direct accountability for company-wide Quality systems, rather than individuals pursuing their first step into Quality leadership.
