Applies advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members. Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience with planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of health operations or programs Experience with analyzing health operations data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes Knowledge of hospital operations and clinical workflows Ability to create strategic recommendations to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing implementation, systems, and service Public Trust Bachelor\'s degree in a Healthcare field Additional Qualifications

Experience with Veterans Health Administration health record data Knowledge of major Electronic Health Record solutions Ability to partner with IT Systems Architects to engineer solutions to address complex clinical and operational challenges Master\'s degree Prosci Change Management, PMP, or ACHE Certification Vetting

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date. Identity Statement
