3+ years of experience with planning, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of health operations or programs
Experience with analyzing health operations data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes
Knowledge of hospital operations and clinical workflows
Ability to create strategic recommendations to achieve performance-based objectives, enhancing implementation, systems, and service
Public Trust
Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare field
Additional Qualifications
Experience with Veterans Health Administration health record data
Knowledge of major Electronic Health Record solutions
Ability to partner with IT Systems Architects to engineer solutions to address complex clinical and operational challenges
Master's degree
Prosci Change Management, PMP, or ACHE Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
