We are seeking a General Manager for our boutique on Melrose Ave powered by the Leap Platform. The GM will build partnerships with neighboring businesses, foster relationships through community events, and utilize networking skills to drive client engagement and boutique success. The General Manager is responsible for inspiring a team to deliver exceptional client experiences, developing action plans that enhance sales and clienteling, recruiting and mentoring top talent, and overseeing operational excellence including store standards, visual merchandising, and inventory management. The role also requires executing in-store activations and leveraging technologies such as Shopify, Endear, and Slack to streamline operations. Flexibility and strong organizational skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced, results-driven environment. Position Qualifications
Extensive experience in luxury retail , with deep knowledge of materials, craftsmanship, and client expectations in a premium environment. Leadership acumen: proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Client-centric approach: exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and delivering memorable client experiences. Operational excellence: strong organizational skills and proficiency with retail technologies. Flexibility and agility: able to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Annual Base Salary
85k to 95k. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications. Interpersonal Skills
