This busy hotel and her sister property require a creative thinker who can introduce new ideas to increase revenue and establish customer relationships that lead to repeat business. You will lead a dynamic team responsible for two distinctly unique properties. Whether it's giving a tour of one of our ten theme rooms at The Cove, working with group bookings, or overseeing housekeeping at The Beverly Hotel, you will be engaged and energized, delivering 5-star guest service while helping your team grow towards their individual goals. Our ideal candidate has 5 or more years of experience leading a hotel or hospitality team and is dedicated to providing our customers with a 5-star experience. Responsibilities
Generate a budget that ensures guest satisfaction and quality of services while also keeping costs balanced and profit margins maximized
Empower hotel staff to excel in superior guest service to drive financial success through strong leadership and creative operational strategies
Devise the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms, public areas, and grounds in order to cultivate a reputation for quality
Spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings
Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them
Qualifications
Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field
Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role
Compensation $80,000-$90,000 per year
