We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to lead our team and provide the best service for our guests as the next general manager of our busy hotel. Do you enjoy bringing new and creative ideas to help drive revenue and building strong relationships with guests to gain repeat business? Our ideal candidate brings a high standard of service quality along with at least 5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role. Responsibilities
Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds Empower hotel staff to excel in superior guest service to drive financial success through strong leadership and creative operational strategies Facilitate strategic planning, objectives, and a timetable of action for hotel department leaders that meets overall hotel goals Qualifications
Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality Compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
