Overview
Camelot Community Care employs over 500 dedicated professionals who lead in helping children reach their fullest potential. The Executive Director serves as a senior manager responsible for all operations of the assigned office, overseeing operations with multiple contracts and funding sources and serving as the primary Camelot representative in the community. Essential duties and responsibilities
Ensures program compliance with all applicable regulations and contracts. External and internal monitoring reports reflect substantial compliance, and corrective action from funders and regulatory bodies is not required. Implements human resources and financial systems at the office level in an efficient and effective manner. Operates the program in an ethical manner in accordance with Camelot\'s mission and core values. Develops relationships with funders and regulatory bodies, gathers and assesses feedback, and maintains Camelot\'s positive reputation in the community. Seeks and responds to grants, RFPs, and other funding requests in the community. Develops referral sources for existing programs to ensure ongoing viability. Ensures implementation and adherence to Camelot\'s policies and procedures. Ensures proper staffing patterns for quality service delivery and ongoing staff training within Camelot\'s policies. Develops an annual budget and operates programs within budgetary goals. Establishes annual fundraising goals and develops community resources to meet these goals. Monitors contract performance and outcomes to assure no contract losses due to failure to meet outcomes or unsatisfactory performance. Implements Camelot\'s quality assurance program and submits required reports timely and accurately. Provides effective and quality supervision to subordinate supervisors within the program. Maintains a positive work environment, strengthens teamwork, monitors staff productivity, and addresses barriers to performance. Supervisory responsibilities
Manages all program staff for the location, potentially through supervisory staff who report directly to the Executive Director. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all programs in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; motivating and developing employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Education and/or Experience
Master’s Degree preferred from an accredited university with at least 5 years of increasing supervisory experience in a human service field. Benefits
