Responsibilities

Develop People

– Create energy in the restaurant, empower the team, communicate effectively, coach and motivate the team, recruit and develop top talent, and recognize performance. Create Great Guest Experiences

– Model WOW guest experiences, set clear expectations, address guest feedback, and observe operations from the guest perspective to coach accordingly. Brand Champion

– Be the face and voice of the brand in the restaurant and community; grow sales through local marketing and events; leverage community relationships; implement promotions and measure their impact. Business Planning

– Balance high-quality employee/guest experience with financial goals; develop and maintain Krystal operating systems; forecast sales and create schedules; monitor daily numbers, inventory, and HACCP logs; manage food costs and inventory; implement and follow up on action plans; analyze sales and labor results; maintain brand standards for product procedures, cleanliness and service. Maintain Facility

– Ensure the restaurant is safe, sanitary and appealing; monitor compliance with health, safety, security and fire policies; troubleshoot and seek maintenance support as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Excellent people leadership and guest service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective communication with guests, team members and Above Restaurant Leaders Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Krystal standards Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays Education And Experience

Must have high school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years management experience Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently to move objects Ability to carry products/boxes weighing up to 50 pounds Continuously handles product preparation Ability to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures Regularly lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory Employment Type
