Map and optimize the high-value customer journey, identifying key touchpoints for marketing intervention and sales enablement Drive personalization strategies across marketing channels, including direct mail, to deliver highly relevant and impactful communications to high-value customers Develop and maintain a suite of marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, ROI calculators, claims, messaging, and sales tools that articulate the benefits of lending products Collaborate with sales to develop playbooks, scripts, and objection handling for high-value customer needs and direct mail follow-up Provide ongoing training and support to the sales force on new product features, messaging, and competitive differentiators Develop and execute targeted direct mail campaigns for high-value segments with list segmentation, creative development, and ROI analysis Analyze marketing campaigns (e.g., ABM, paid media, webinars, content syndication) and measure against pipeline and revenue goals Support channel optimization with data-driven reports for strategic pivots and budget optimization Partner with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and claims; analyze target markets and ICP to identify growth opportunities Own data gathering and analysis for competitive intelligence and messaging improvements Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in product marketing strategy and cross-functional execution Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools Strong background in product marketing; experience supporting marketing in complex sales cycles (B2B/SMB financial services) Excellent analytical skills with a creative mindset; ability to analyze ROI and derive growth insights Detail-oriented with a process-oriented mindset for executing campaigns Proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing strategies Ownership, initiative, and ability to work collaboratively with leadership; results-driven Strong verbal and written communication skills BA/BS required; MBA preferred Must be located near San Francisco, CA area due to onsite requirements Education
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred Legal & Compliance
