We are a dynamic real estate company in the accounting and finance industry, seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is integral to the company\'s growth and success, as it involves identifying and attracting top-tier talent to ensure we continue to thrive in a competitive market. The successful candidate will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization. Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers. Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR. Maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process in collaboration with Hiring Managers. Regularly follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process. Participate in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects. Develop and implement search strategy including vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, specifically within real estate, accounting, and finance. Proven experience with sourcing techniques, talent acquisition, and managing a full-cycle recruitment process. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search. Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems. Proven experience managing and negotiating with vendors. Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior-level leaders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, dealing with ambiguity. Benefits
