Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Attraction Partner
based in our
Chicago office
who will focus on building and nurturing strategic partnerships and internal talent channels to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities. This role combines relationship management with proactive talent identification to create sustainable talent pipelines for our organization. The successful candidate will report into the Americas REMS TA Lead and will support hiring initiatives across the Americas region. Base pay range
$156,000.00/yr - $178,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Source external talent pipelines for critical roles and growth areas in the Americas region utilizing creative strategies and various channels. Proactively identify high-potential internal talent for advancement into management level positions within our Americas Real Estate Management Services business. Partner closely with Culture and Employee Experience Team to establish joint success metrics, share key insights, and develop recruitment strategies to attract and engage talent. Assist recruiters in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for critical roles. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies focused on building strategic talent partnerships with universities, professional associations, and industry-specific communities. Design and implement targeted sourcing campaigns for specialized roles and strategic positions. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, industry events, and referral programs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and translate them into effective partnership strategies. Strategic Partnership
Create and maintain relationships with external talent networks and organizations to establish reliable talent pipelines. Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences, enhancing JLL's employer brand. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities. Data Analysis and Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment data to internal and external stakeholders. Track sourcing metrics to optimize partnership effectiveness and demonstrate ROI. Provide regular updates on recruitment pipelines, strategies, and challenges to TA, business and HR leadership. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or similar roles. Willingness to travel as needed to attend networking events, conferences, and career fairs. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic relationships with external organizations. Strong understanding of various sourcing methodologies and channels including boolean searches, social media sourcing, and passive candidate engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience with recruiting technologies, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Organized and strong project management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and report on sourcing activities and outcomes. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Seniority level
